(528) How to Do a Color Change on Anycubic Kobra Plus or Kobra Max

After the video I took the extruder apart and it was fine. Took the hot end apart. The Bowden tube wasn’t quite seated on the heater block. The little gap filled with plastic so filament removal it was grabbing a nice big blog of plastic that wouldn’t fit through the extruder. If I am trying to change the filament without having a print running should I heat up the printer to change the filament?

This micro software is for the Kobra Plus with USB Type B. I have the new version with Micro USB Type C, do you have a solution?
