Very basic game, becomes boring after watching it for a year or two. Rugby League and American Football have the exact same DNA. Both morphed from Rugby Union. League is a simple game which controlled aggression and agility. It’s perfect for people with ADHD. Ball stays on the field more than any of the ball running codes. Rugby League’s innovation has had a major effective on Union. From rules to coaches. I love both. AFL is kind of like basketball but on an oval, while rugby is split into 2 versions. Rugby Union (AKA Rugby 15s) & Rugby League (AKA league/ AKA Rugby 13s). The video you are watching is Rugby League. Don't call Rugby League Rugby because you'd be referring to Rugby Union call it as league or footy. BTW, Footy can also mean AFL or Rugby League to the Aussies 🇦🇺, but it depends on which side of the Barassi line you are on.
