Thanks for reviewing it. I've seen some reviews that shows that the machine leaves some beans leftovers in the final product. Have you run into this?

Every time I have used it it has crushed all the beans.

Could you offer some advice . I bought this item about 6 months ago and whilst it all seem to work ok, I'm a bit disappointed by the temperature of the coffee produced. There isn't any info that I can find that could help adjust it . Any advice please .Thanks

Unfortunately there is no temperature control,I find the coffee is not until the keep warm function switches off after 40 minutes. Maybe microwaving the coffee for 30seconds might help.

Hi, this arrived today. The part that drips into the jug is off centre and doesn't sit in the middle of the jug. it fills through the side slats. Is this the same for you?

Believe it or not that is how it is supposed to work and I thought the same as you. But it does work ok and does not leak over sides of jug.
