Letterman has always been a liberal lefty guy, but at some point he crossed the Rubicon and let the SJW mentality effect how he saw humour. The hardest part about being a common individual and meeting someone extremely famous. Is coming to the realization who that person is and not pissing them off by acting a fool. Met quite a few famous folks, treat them like a regular person. Most of them enjoy that I repeat most, because some are just flat fake, or extremely ugly inside.

Dr. Peterson, I’ve had a long time wish to accidentally run into you on Queen West or anywhere else downtown TO where I live 😄 and today, _while_ watching this episode, I got a doorbell ring from Amazon delivering my order of hardcover copies of your two 12 Rules books! Oh I wish this joyous synchronicity bodes well for my run in with you! 🤗😂😎

You're right, but I feel you maybe forgot that you should be happy that you're not one of those people. You know what I mean? The whole "pray for your enemies"-type of spirituality is about this: Once you think you're above the behaviour of your enemies, you're underestimating your own weakness. Meaning; your own ability to fail at practising sound judgement, just like your proverbial "enemies" do/did. And so in danger of enacting the same type of behaviour you were judgemental about, and so sure you would never be part of. Still glad you made a comment though because I pretty much agree.
