Don’t compare Derrick Rose to Westbrook. Rose in his prime was able to adapt into playoff situations the only time he was shut down was against the heat in 2011 but even last year rose was the Twolves best player in the playoffs they even took a game from the 1st seed rockets .

I agree with a lot of this rhetoric but the real issue is inefficiency, lack of shooting, lack of off ball value, and mediocre defense. Uncontested rebounds, and high volume low efficiency scoring dont make you an automatic Super Star and dont condone winning basketball in a possession to possession playoff game

Agree with everything except the Derrick rose comparison. Rose doesn't and didn't go one speed. Contrarily, he adapted and worked his game to not only play to the best of his ability, but also to work with his teammates and try to minimize the weaknesses in his game as well as the void present with the bulls at the time due to their lack of a star aside from Rose himself. That's why I've always said MVP Rose was significantly better than any iteration of Westbrook

I think probably 20-30 players in the league have the ability to get similar stats as Westbrook if they were given the green light and similar usage rate as Westbrook, especially if they purposely hunting for stats. Westbrook is overrated.
