People saying he’s fallen off smh. You can’t forgot the man averaged a triple double for 4 straight seasons. Imo the best MVP in the last decade other than 2016 curry. Obviously he’s not the same but I think part of his struggles is the fact that he’s on the lakers where the coaching staff sucks and LeBron runs the team in every possible way. Just a year ago he was dominant on a wizards team where Beal was out and they still fought through the entire season. He would thrive on a team where the point guard can operate and do what he needs to do. He’s older and not as explosive I believe on any other team he can play the same way he did on the wizards.

Kidd and John Drew tie record for most turnovers in a game, 14. Why U & media 🤔 only talk about Russ turnovers & never mention higher turnovers by others. Malone, Stockton, Kobe & Kidd had 4000+ turnovers. Did anyone talk about their turnovers?

He will turn it over at the end of the game when it's on the line, or go to the basket with his head down and then throw it away because he has nowhere to go. Plus he has a high percentage of turnovers just like the other players you mentioned. I bet if the Lakers scored a basket on every turnover Russ had, they would be in the playoffs this year...

It's ok because Kyrie is staying in Brooklyn and i'm happy about it because i much prefer Russ to Kyrie, even though Kyrie is a genius with the basketball. I just think Russ does a lot more on the court and is a much much much much better teammate, especially with younger players which we have a lot of this season. I think he and Coach Ham will have better communication than Russ and Vogel had, even though to Vogel's credit, he did play Russ every night! I just didn't understand Vogel's decision to turn Russ into a shooting guard? That made no sense to me. New coach, new system, new ideas, new plan! Let's hope Russ has a nice 2022/2023!
