That's true but LeBron KD Curry and CP3 are all considered better all time players than Russ. With his style of play, already below average efficiency, his fit with his team and the hate online, I'm not that surprised he's not playing well. I would recommend you to go watch Westbrook's documentary that came out last year called "Passion Play". Russ goes really in depth on who he is as a person and I think you can find it free on youtube.
