I've been very critical of russ all year. This game was not on him at all. He made all the big plays and throws to put up the points they had. They have no running game. Recievers are alright out side of pickens. Defense got torched all game. They had no chance.

First, we had the toughest schedule in the league this year, especially the last half. They had no business losing the first 3 to not very good teams" Cowboys, Colts and Browns. The 3 game skid in December was not a surprise although I really thought they would take at least 1. Wilson is a nice guy, but he's not the answer. They left Ben play a year beyond his capacity and we are STILL paying for that. Maybe Fields migh stick around next year. The first outs should be R. Wilson, Dan Moore, and likely the problem child Pickens. Najee likely will not get his contract. O line was better tonight in pass protection but we had barely any chance of a ground game. As for the coaching staff, as much as I hate to admit it, Mike Tomlin seems to have worn out his welcome mat here. That is easier said than done, becuase WHO woudl you get to replace him? Need QB, better secondary, 2 top receivers and new O-line coach. Moving Jones back to LT and Troy in at RT will likely be a great start. QB is HUGE and not sure Fields is your man, certainly not Russ.
