I went through a roller coaster listening to this, even though I want to believe there is nothing wrong with me, because I have been capable of living, like a broken car but at least it still works. I thank you, a thousand thanks.

Thank you so much for these informative lecture and excellent presentations! I love your tone of voice and the way you explain each scenario and the potential cause. I been waiting 3 months before I get to go see my doctor and hopefully get some medication. I’m 12 days away and wish it was sooner.. I have tried some adderall and it really works well for me I wish I could just get it from my normal doctor since my sister and dad have it too. My sister is on the meds but not dad.. he’s self medicating with alcohol and it’s not good.

I kept blowing on my screen while doing leg exercises because I thought his mouse was a speck on my screen. This video was helpful even when I did tune out and daydream for the intro.

I love this so informative! One of the simplest goal for me is to wash the dishes when it gets piled up. So I have to time myself and play beat the clock. I’ll put the timer for 10 min and I have to try to finish before the 10 min alarm goes off, kinda like a game for me, it helps me focus on one task! It works but sometimes my ADHD brain gets distracted.

I do not give away the videos as they are large files and copyrighted but I can send you the slides if you will write to me email address and ask for them specifically.

OMG. I have ALL six of the six different types of inattention. All of them. Help me.
@jarrodmaddux90113 ай бұрын
He described the 6 dysfunctions of adhd. He did not describe the 6 types of attention. He only described the one that is relevant to adhd which was persistence. You are okay. All of us adhd people have the same 6 dysfunctions. Your other 5 types of attention are likely perfectly intact.
