The old choruses like this one truly bless the hearts of God's children. They are Holy Spirit inspired and the Holy Spirit blesses the heart of those that sing them. Most importantly, our Lord is blessed and glorified. My husband and I are Christian missionaries and we are teaching Christian people these simple Holy Spirit songs from the 70s and 80s, and they love them. And the Holy Spirit is clearly blessed and we all get blessed as He ministers to our hearts! Thank you Lord! My hubby and I were singing this song together as we were settling into bed tonight. It truly blesses. Please teach others these old choruses and hymns. Bring them back. So many don't know them or the wonderful foundation hymns! We need hymns back in the church. They teach the people how to please God and ministers the Word to our hearts in song. They are full of scripture. The church should not just sing songs from Hill song! God bless you all. Keep your eyes on Jesus. These ARE THE END TIMES. We were put here for a time such as this. Keep your ears and eyes on Jesus only, not on the storms around you. He will use His people in a mighty way as the times get darker and we will show brighter. So listen to God closely and follow and obey Him. He said, in: John 14:12 Truly, truly I say to you, the one who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I am going to the Father. Please read this Psalm 91 It is for us at this time, "The end times"! Security of One Who Trusts in the LORD. I was a missionary in Nepal for six years and still watch the services there on KZbin. I am so glad that they haven't forgotten the old songs from the seventies. Songs like "We have come into your house, gathered in your name to worship You." and so many others. When I hear them, I often reintroduce them at our church prayer meeting. The Holy Spirit still touches people through them. To some people they are new songs!!

@@davegrimoldby Oh HALLELUJAH Lord! Dear brother that really blessed me immensely! Brother I hope you don't mind me asking this; We really are needing intercessory prayer. We need brothers & sisters to support us in prayer, Holy Spirit intercessory prayer on our behalf. We are going through a terrible time of spiritual warfare. The enemy does not like God's Word being put fourth in this land. We trust God and are keeping our eyes and hearts focused on Him. Zechariah 4:6: ""Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the LORD of hosts." (Nor by anything we can do), but praying in Spirit with and forvous! We have been here 34 years, and we are going through our roughest time with several terrible terrible things happening at once. Please pray, and we can and will always give God the glory!! No need to say what is happening; God knows what it all is. Please; and thank you so much. I will pray for you as well. God bless you all mightily! And thank you my Lord and Saviour in Jesus name! Amen

You are from a beautiful area of Australia. I have seen so many photos of all the lovely red rock cliffs. Is the language you speak an aboriginal language? I would love to see it some day. But I think it with have to be in the near future when will be on earth here with Christ Jesus. Sister, just think about close we are. We are really at the end of the "end times". Soon we will go with Jesus in the rapture! Then seven years in heaven with Jesus as His wrath is poured out down here. He will chain up Satan for s thousand years. We will live with Him, Jesus, then. It is called the "Millennial Reign". We will be in Jerusalem with Him. The people and nations of the earth that survived the Seven year Tribulation will be able to come into Jerusalem and visit the Lord. We will be different from them, we will have glorified bodies since we were taken in the Rapture and changed in a twinkling of an eye, the scripture says. They will still have bodies that are corruptible, will age and die. But we, His people, will live for 1000 years there with the Lord. The other people who were still on earth will multiply in population. At the end of the thousand years, Jesus will let Satan out from being chained in an abyss. And he will decieve and rile up and bring together a multitude of people again to battle against the Lord. But He will blow them away. This is the final battle of Armageddon. And then there will be the final judgement at the Great White Thronr. And the Devil, Satan and his fallen angels and the antichrist, the whole evil group will be thrown in the lake of fire. And anyone's whose names are not written in "The Lamb's BookofLife" will be thrown in as well. Here is the Scripture from Revelation 20:9:15 "9And they marched across the broad expanse of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. But fire came down from heaven and consumed them. 10And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, into which the beast and the false prophet had already been thrown. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. (Judgment before the Great White Throne) 11Then I saw a great white throne and the One seated on it. Earth and heaven fled from His presence, and no place was found for them. 12And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne. And there were open books, and one of them was the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their deeds, as recorded in the books. 13The sea gave up its dead, and Death and Hades gave up their dead, and each one was judged according to his deeds. 14Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death-the lake of fire. 15And if anyone was found whose name was not written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire." So please people, if you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour and you don't know Him and haven't recieved His Salvation and are Born Again, you will end up in the Lake of Fire. He gives everyone ample opportunity all through their lives to know Him and be saved. He knocks at the door of your hearts. Won't you open the door and invite Him in as your Saviour? For He took your sins upon Himself and died on the cross, then rose again on the third day, conquering death, so you won't have to suffer for your sins, paying for your sins with death in the "Lake of Fire". Give your life to the Saviour, the Creator and King. HE LOVES YOU. Turn from your sin, ask forgiveness and invite Him into your heart, your life. Your names will be written in The Lambs Book of Life. And you will be transformed over time into His likeness. But instantly you will become righteous in God's sight, for your sins are wiped away and forgotten. Sometimes people are instantly changed, most people, He transforms us by the renewing of our mind. And instantly you are clothed in Christ's righteousness. And His Spirit will come immediately and live in your heart and teach you to live a good life through His Spirit. He will teach you to live a Holy life in Him. And serve Him and do wonderful things for Jesus to help people to now Him and to do will. You will do things He did on earth and what His apostles and disciples did and still do. When I was a child we used to sing this song in my church Mount Zion. Our worship leader was Alan Pimlot. I can't believe this beautiful song is on here. When I lead worship I am always moved to tears when I play and sing this and then I usually flow into another song which is called 'just to worship the Lord' I thank you for this song and your voice is like an ointment that soothes the deep pain inside.
