Russia doesn't run after war because war, in Christianity, is haram, sin. Russia never starts the war but it always ends them when it is forced to go there. @@SheikhImranHosein Sheikh Istanbul wont be getting into Christian hands. It was our Prophet Muhammad SAW's Prophecy. It was a Markaz of Byzantine Empire, it was its capital. About Osmania Masjid, we need to remember that what yr saying about it is a one sided thing, you have seen things from the surface. You need to pay a visit to Turkey as well to get their prospective. Actually Sultan Mehmood Fateh has purchased that land from Christians of Istanbul after its conquest, where that Osmania Masjid is on. That's why he had converted it into a Masjid. You just need to pay a visit there see those documents yourself. They have a huge Ottoman Museum there where you will find them. Turks r within their right legally to change the status of Hagia Sofia to an Osmania Masjid. But i do agree that this Hagia Sofia needs to be shared or just be allowed to be a Church. As it doesnt have any religious significance in Islam. Pres. Erdogan had proposed a solution for Jerusalem too as a shared city of all 3 Ibrahimi faiths, who is to be run by a council of Ulemas of all 3 faiths. Same kind of solution can be proposed for this problem as well. Everybody wins!
