I think that the "game changer" F-16's will not change the current course of the war by 1%. They need experienced Ukrainian pilots, and none are available. They need pristine run ways and those are not available in Ukraine. Additionally, Russia is going to go to extra effort to destroy those planes the moment they touch Ukrainian ground. The F-16's are likely to become the flying version of the much vaunted Abrams tanks that changed nothing.
