Russia could form another combined arms army to deploy on the front line in Ukraine . The Russian military is undergoing major reforms, including the creation of new army-level combined arms units, according to a new report from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). The Ukrainian sources' claims about the "51st Army" are "early indicators that Russia has formed another combined arms army for deployment in Ukraine."
Speaker of the Operational-Tactical Group of Troops "Kharkiv" Yuriy Povkh said that the Russian military intends to transfer units of the "9th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army" to the Kharkov direction. According to him, Russian troops transferred Russian units from the Kherson region and from other directions to the Kharkiv direction.
The representative of the operational-strategic group of troops "Khortitsa", Lieutenant Colonel Nazar Voloshin, said that Russian troops intend to transfer units of the 155th Marine Brigade of Pacific Fleet and the "9th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army" to the Kharkov direction to compensate for losses.
As ISW notes, analysts recently received information that the occupiers transferred units of the 155th Marine Brigade and the 9th Motorized Rifle Brigade from the west and southwest of Donetsk to the Kharkov direction. No reports of the “51st Army” were recorded.
ISW notes that the Russian military may have subordinated the 9th Motorized Rifle Brigade to the revived, possibly World War II-era, "51st Army."
Russians began to actively advance in the Kharkov region in early May and were able to capture several settlements near the border. At the beginning of June, the speaker of the operational-strategic group of troops "Khortitsa" Nazar Voloshin said that our fighters control about 70% of Volchansk.
Later it was reported that the enemies in this city were trapped - they were surrounded on the territory of the aggregate plant. According to DeepState co-founder Roman Pogorely, it is not known exactly how many occupiers fell into the trap.

@@MathyBoonen NO BODY EVER SAID THIS NEITHER HIM NOR HIS "right hands" Putin said: "if we had a goal to occupy Kiev we WOULD DO this in 3 days" and yes if they need that they could do that ... but number of civilian victims would be enormous ... so they dont need this kind of victory ... did you watch the movies about WW2 ? did you see how airplanes were bombing cities that times ? dozens of plains were flying over the city and bombing it with huge number of bombs ruining everything and making a dust from the city... search in google about Dresden, 2 days of bombing by Dritain and US air forces were enough to make from big city just a dust ... this differ from how russians fighting and taking small villages or town for few months, right ? or in our days russia has nucl.e-ar weapons and taking a city cost just launching 1 roket somewhere from siberia... even for bigest city that would be enough... so in the "hard" war russians could fight that way ... and with this kind of war they WOULD take the Kiev in 3 days but they dont have this kind of goal to take the Kiev or any other city by the price of enormous civilian lives ... exists difference between what he said in reality and what our Ukrainian propaganda made from his words ...
