Russia has lost a major cunk of its armed forces while trying to defeat the poorest country in Europe in a “special” military operation that failed spectaculairly. This has cost them major influence in Armenia, Azerbeijan, Syria, longer border with NATO, Europe massively increasing military spending. On top of that whichever way you put it, there is major economic damage, many men have died at the front. Iran has lost a lot of its proxies and allies in the middle east trying to fight Israel. Hamas,hezbollah,Syria,Houthi capabilities diminished. What has NATO lost? Some 20 year old weapons sent to Ukraine along with a couple of newer weapons. Like what 10% of its reserves? If I told you 3 years ago Russia would struggle to win a war aiganst a country like Ukraine youd scoff and laugh. Bitter people that are frustrated with the way the world is become like you.
