There are no regular Russian armed forces defending most Russian refineries. The small-arms ground fire heard during some drone attacks is from mercenaries recruited by the ownership of the facilities to secure the grounds from saboteurs. They are not armed to intercept drones. Moreover, current estimates of the percent of total product output of the refineries proffered by social media are vastly overestimated. The entire oil industry infrastructure is interdependent. Disruption of processing at the refineries due to drone attacks, sabotage, destruction of oil storage capacity, damage to pipelines, and rail oil transport have caused catastrophic failure of Russia's relic extraction capacity at the well sites. The results are permanent, as there are no options left to fix the problem. Foreign oil companies that built the oil industry for Russia have long since left.

This is one of the biggest oil refineries in Russia responsible for 5% of the entire production. The two towers attacked are in turn responsible for 70% of the output. So that's like 4% of the entire production gone as a result of a single attack. Moreover, much of the equipment is imported and cannot be easily replaced

Вы Берлин бомбили раз в 1941 году, берлинцы того налёта не заметили - слишком хилый был. А вот союзники крыли Берлин конкретно. А немцы - наверное. как рашковане сейчас- "всё идёт по плану, фюреру видней, мы политикой не интересуемся". Наверное так.

На всякий случай напомню: в начале 1941года вы были друзьями и союзниками (военными, экономическими, политическими) с нацистской Германией. Пока сталин не начал захватывать больше, чем договорился с Гитлером :) Союзниками с нацистской Германией!
