God bless you , sister....I have been homeless in Montana USA and the only way I found to fill the void of my soul is to help those experienceing the same misfortunes as myself. YOUR efforts and self sacrifices will ring on and on for more years in the lives of those children and those that they will choose to love more then you could ever imagine my friend....thank you for what you have done and keep doing for this precious souls, the children.Thank you so very much, I wish there was more that I could do to help you all but here in the land of the lost ( USA) ...we are forced to hide in the tree lines and the shadows...but the children matter..they matter so much!! Thank you!THANK YOU !!!

@@JesusGodHolySpirit3 You're shocked? Surprised? We have a ton of homeless and we would have a million more if Government funding wasnt there for those that have children and can't afford to work yes cannot afford to work. Even if they did all their money would go to Daycare, Or proper education, lack of transportan etc. (Truthfully some are just lazy as hell but their kids don't deserve to suffer) the drug epidemic ... We have children here that starve and may if lucky eat once daily. Thank God for food baskets at churches etc. Shouldnt be a shock this is a world problem.

@@JesusGodHolySpirit3 and you cannot get help if you dont have children also some women that work and have children suffer because if you work the Government wont help. The government is more subjected and willing to help those that dont want to help themselves. They just have children to continue receiving their handouts and they live better than our middle class population. Hell I run my own business and work hard for what I have and have to make paymemts on a newer vehicle however my cousin and his wife their 6 children the state of West Virginia gave them a brand new Tahoe no payments nothing and 800$ food stamps, a house, and whatever else they receive and their children are in school and theyre are MORE than capable of working. Hell she just had a free weight loss surgery and she probably only weighed 220 and couldve lost that weight easily. Ya know. But thats what they rather do!

A salute to Miss Rachel Hughes for translating the real emotion in her heart to take action with her own wherewithal and endeavor hard and toil to uplift the lives of the precious little souls. I am very touched. I will try to contact her to see what I can do to assist in her great cause, which she has battled with her own compassion and determination against heavy odds. Salute her!

The government should feel ashamed that someone from a different country has to come and do a gesture that should be a given.. judge the country by how they treat their most vulnerable. Im not Sure anyone gonna see This comment, but if you do, I always asked myself and others, is it still like this in Russia? Or has it been better now? I have seen many documentaries about street kids in Russia, most of them was filmed in the beginning of 1999 -2005. But I don't now how is it today there. God bless you all.
@kyriljordanov20866 жыл бұрын
Sasha It's a thousand times better in Russia now. This problem doesn't exist in Russia today. This is a generation that bore the weight of the economic and social collapse when USSR broke up. People lost jobs, were drinking to deal with the pain, kids got neglected, the state was too poor and corruption too much to deal with the problem of homeless kids. But the past 20 years Russia has corrected so many of these problems. You can't even compare Russia in the 90s with Russia today.

There were no street children in the early 2000s. But here you need to understand where they came from. These children are from dysfunctional families, their parents are beaten under the influence of alcohol, they have nothing, they have nothing to do at home .. So they wander around the streets for days on end, just to keep themselves busy... Now such a situation is a priori impossible in our country. Firstly, the guardianship authorities are very strict, if they see that the child is homeless, then they will immediately deprive the parents of their rights and the child will be sent to an orphanage. Secondly, the children themselves do not need to lead the street life of vagrants, since everyone has computers, the Internet, social networks .. Why do they need street life ??

What's wrong with Russian people taking care of these children? There's something very basically human lacking in the people who live in these eastern bloc countries.
@JesusGodHolySpirit36 жыл бұрын
RF Russia when it comes to children mistreat, abuse, neglects to teach, care for it's children who are completely ABLE NOT handicapped at all. All the orphans - the ones that were lucky to be adopted out from RU have huge dislike for this nation it's a disgusting nation that puts me into rage. Why is a FOREIGNER in this nation taking care of it's children? The things that good hearted people do send to provide for the children alone go into the hands of criminals. The children are left behind they are as dumb-brain washed as a door nail!
@AR-gl4eq6 жыл бұрын
It’s not a modern situation, not even 2015 when this video was released. it was during the collapse of the USSR. With Russian people everything is ok, don’t worry, and nowadays orphanages r provided with all necessary stuff. Thanks God now for Americans it‘s very very difficult to adopt Russian children.

Nothing is lacking with Russians, what an ignorant comment. This all happened when USSR collapsed, so many people couldn't deal with it and drank themselves to death. And yes, stopped caring for everything. You can only take care of someone else when you're yourself well mentally. And there's no homelessness in America? Look into your foster care system, listen to the kids in it. Get over yourself
