Hi Anna, My back office team is working in Ukraine for the past 7 years..the simple truth..that the corrupted government sits in keiv..least care about the people..People least care about the importance of languages..the main reason for this war..is that the Kiev govt dint even care about the Russian speaking provinces ..no jobs..no roads..no development..the Russian speaking Ukraine people were felt as second class citizens..My ops manager named Faris tells me that it takes more than 10 hours to travel 160 km....and naturally support Russia..they support this long awaiting move by Russia..they expected the war..when the corrupted politicians suck the blood from the people and drink expensive vodkas..driving luxury Benz..and stay in big palace in kiev..while the common citizens riding on trams and bullakarts....these things automatically waiting to happen..Russia's claim is true that Russian speaking people are suffering..Nalla manithan yarum avan sonthagalai vittu koduka mattan..More over nobody wants our enemy to come and stay next door..when russia annexed crimea..soldiers who fought for Ukraine ..dint even have money to take a train ticket to reach the capital from the border..their commanders switched sides..also there is big riff between Muslims..Protestants Christian's..support keiv..and Catholics and orthodox Christian's support Russia..except refitting our Indian airforce aircrafts for money..Ukraine is always against India..and voted against in several occasions..and people forget..that usa can't mobilze their forces to fight..it's not Afghan..Iraq..or Libya..it's mother Russia.

Unfortunately some rules are in book not in implementation and Russia is the permanent member of UNSC even US starts any resolution it can be easily rejected by russia( if one permanent member rejects the resolution it can't be passed in UNSC). The problem can be resolved by peaceful diplomatic ways by having any neutral and independent foreign policy holder countries like INDIA, SOUTH AFRICA, Ect...
