@@libramoon9968 the difference is one is still alive and the other actually went down to kiss the ground, but if the eject doesn't work in the middle of an attack and they think they will turn it around with 40 year old frame, they might want to request a bit better aircraft

@@edw1045 possible scenario, as the time to react would be cut considerably, I can respect in it's time the f16 was the real deal, but MIGs have shown to be very effective in low altitude, and they do have thrust vectoring capabilitys, in any case I don't think it mal functioned, as the Ukrainians aren't honest about their losses

Not true F16 has been flying against mig29 and flankers since the end of the cold war in wargames like red flag. Germany operated mig 29s and India has su-30. Its pretty ignorant to say a plane is older when its still in production. Its a war F16s will be destroyed just like abrams bradleys will be destroyed. The mig 29s of Iraq in 1991 were at such a disadvantage that they could not make a difference with their small numbers. Its the same with the F16 of Ukraine they only have a few operating now
