The USA, just like Russia, China, India, France, the UK, etc... basically like any country in the world could never and cannot indeed ensure a 100% interception rate against a nuclear threat. But they can (just like France, China or the UK) ensure a 100% chance of successful nuclear retaliation in case of nuclear strike.

The 🇺🇸 and the Israeli colonizers are using the same air defense, and that air defense can hardly intercept the Iranian weapons (which some of them are from Russia), and Iran and Russia haven't even started using their best weapons.
