Russia recently issued a statement of visa-free travel for turkish citizens and Turkey is Pakistan’s best friend. the new block will be of Russia, Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, and China.. Russia is doing the right thing. India should support it aggressively. Timing of this Russia's proposal is interesting. Russia has waited for four months after Mission Shakti and then propose this treaty so it doesn't look like anti India thing. I hope USA, CHINA and INDIA will support this and soon we will see the treaty. And it is very important to limit the debris in space.

Yes sir. There should be a international treaty among major countries to ban further Asat missions as it may hamper future satellites program. Secondly, as our ISRO is launching some new and developed satellites , banning this Asat will help isro to fuether launch new satellites program.

I think this is called as real diplomacy because silently a country waited for India's test without any formal talks over it and India was successful in it.
