@@user-qr3pz1rw7i Originally was a Soviet anthem and later on when Putin became President of the Russian Federation, he changed it into the old Soviet anthem but they take out the lyrics like Soviet, Lenin and communism to make it Russia and something else. When it became independent Russia it was an anthem with no lyrics until 2000.
