A Russian BTR armored personnel carrier with a P.A. system installed announcing to Ukrainian soldiers to cease fighting and leave Avdiivka/Avdeyevka as the city capitulates to the Russian forces. The Ukrainians particularly those who are trapped in the frontline are urged to contact the radio frequency 149.200 kHz 'VOLGA' if they want to surrender.
