Stupid accusations of "seeing" North Koreans in Kursk, Ukraine, or Russia. Mind you, Russia is a BIG country, the biggest country in the world with diverse ethnic people. The western part close to Europe has people looking "white" or Caucasian, while in the middle and eastern part has "yellow or brown" or Asian looking, like Chinese. Don't they have recruits coming from those areas? Besides, Russia borders North Korea and China. Geez.
