there is a video of about 5 boys having there throats cut cut one of them was this kid that told him if you forget your faith and convert we will let you live. the video is graphic. he said he will not take off his cross.

@@julius3293 I'm not sure I'm sure it's out there maybe on a Russian forum,, it's pretty horrid the knife was dull ... It was sobering to see a kid watch his friend die knowing all he had to do is except Allah as the one and only God and he would live ,, but he refused and dint sell his soul.. dosen't matter if you don't believe in God , that kid was a real man and a warrior even when facing deaths shadow. Saint George will guide them to peace.

I think he was one of two boys left alive after others were beheted slow with cheap not sharp army knife thay saw everyone die inform of them but still refused to convert . As I said the video is graphic. this video is a big reason spetsnas Gor and Alfa took over fast and hard . relatively soon after the war was over. because lots of people saw the video and were angry at the government. for government to do more.

I know there are a lot of videos from this war that are horrific. Not sure if Yevgeny is in one of them though. It really does not matter. He is now a symbol of keeping the faith.
