Yes and they don't make enough money to live in the expensive cities. Even the modeling apartments charge a ton of rent just to give them a bed. That's just another way they make money out of these young girls. They start having to go to parties that sort of hire models to be there, that swiftly runs into "go sit with this rich guy that gives you tips" right into escorting. Plus it seems especially eastern europeans and russian girls are raised to think marrying rich is a good option if you are pretty , but these guys are not going to marry you. And she would be ashamed of telling her mother what she'd been doing. Shame leads to selfloathing.

@Iflie7 ай бұрын
@@Em-wk5ns Yeah and they string them along by saying it's for their portfolio but in the meantime they only hire them because they are free. I think unless a modeling agency snaps you up and pays for pictures for you and sends you out for high level castings...modeling is not going to be your career. Even the ones who do get that and walk catwalks in a fashion week can still not make money enough to really live. So really it's not a dream girls or boys for that matter should have. Maybe doing it as a hobby is fun but you probably get into contact with creeps.

Many of these girls work secretly as high end escorts, but the men they meet fall in love and want to have them. Any model that would speak out publicly might be murdered or attacked like Karen Mulden was. Models learn to keep their mouth shut on these things or they lose their position. I’ve always wondered if the Neon Demon was about her though, where the model is being pushed into death by other models who practise witchcraft in the end.

She wasn't even 21...my god. It's a horrible tragedy whether suicide or murder... she's not here anymore. She just wanted to be LOVED. She didn't understand that those wealthy men had no intention of marrying her. A broken 💔 heart at that age is very traumatizing. Yes, her face and body were flawlessly beautiful, but her HEART ♥ and SOUL were so much more beautiful. Her poor mother... I don't know how she managed. The fashion world ONLY CARES ABOUT "MONEY 💵!!" I wish I could rewing time and tell her, "NO Ruslana... go home to your mother and brother; then go to university in Germany. You don't have to search for love...it will find you."
