I'm totally with you o it - this school is amazing and unique. I'm still digesting this new info BTW - the school has relatively low budget but still is doing so much in fact. Amazing. A very hospitable and bright school (much thanks to its cheerful principal) - I wish every school in Russia were as warm and friendly. Ilnur, thank you for showing a regular state school 🏫. I would call this school Harmony School

Hi Jessica! Great to hear from you. Yes, it is relatively easy to become a school principal in Russia even if you are young - you just need to have certain great results while you were a teacher. As for the challenges - I couldn't quite sort it out myself. I am left with this imression that Aydar is so positive about everything that people like him really might NOT have challenges. Or maybe he is diplomatic, I don't really know 😀 I enjoyed this school tour so much. I need to learn to be so positive in the scarce resources circumstances.

Such a nice school. Very clean, organize and warm learning environment. Congratulations to the priciple for managing the school so well with so many enriching fun activities thinking on the wellbeing of their students. I love the school involving parents. I loved every room.

Well, I'd say the facilities in this particular school are pretty much regular for Russia. Are your schools better or worse in terms of facilities in general?
