6:51 Who does not understand what this training is, I will explain. Russians are taught not to be afraid of large death machines,such was the case in WW2 when soldiers were forced to stand in front of a tank in a trench. Кто не понимает что это за тренировка поясню. Русских учат не бояться крупных машин смерти,такое было и в WW2 когда солдат заставляли стоять напротив танка в окопе.

Not to sound like a jerk but its “Systema” not just “System”. I believe its an 1000+ year old martial art from old Kieven Rus times(were Russia derived from but Im not so sure) and one of the more well know instructors would be Vladim Starov, who is a trainer for those in the many different spetsnaz units (you could find his instructional videos on youtube but they are is russian so, yeah) but if you’d like to learn I know of a whole entire channel that is dedicated to it (Down below) kzbin.info/www/bejne/h2LLY5itg7pjjLc

Евгений Люден I wouldn’t say fake really as its still an effective martial art while paired with others. They still have other traditional styles like Flankerovka from the Cossacks(I think its called. Sorry If I butchered it or if thats not correct). Also, of course its not used as much as people would rather use a weapon than their hands, thats why its more used for self defense and is less preferable to offensive martial arts being that system mostly has to do with your opponent attacking first

Retii I think some of them would be Krav Maga(An offensives martial art from the middle east), Savate boxing(A French martial art that focuses on using your legs) among others that I think another instructor that goes to Russia and Korea knows how to preform the majority of by the name of DK Yoo
