Uversus, in case you didn't know, there's a hitmarker bug. Basically, this bug occurs when the session is very laggy, for some reason the game calculates the damage wrong and makes the sniper unable to oneshot, having to shoot him 3 times for the other player to die, if you go BTS, the bug disappears (this bug only affects the heavy sniper)
