I tell you what, little Alexei, have your state security forces arrest 100 people and throw them in prison. Then make each prisoner write "Putin is the coolest dude ever" on the walls of their cells. Lukashenko: Aww, do I hafta? That sounds like a lot of work. Putler: Well, you know you have to crush dissent and spread fear to remain in power. And afterwards we could do something _ATOMIC_. It's false that it's costing us 25c per day. Most of the military aid we've given to Ukraine is value in arms commitments; we're actively paying to keep old IFVs and weapons and such in climate-controlled, highly-secure and continuously guarded places. Giving our old vehicles and equipment away is SAVING us money we'd have to spend on upkeep.

@@Roadpizza This American, a literal product of WW2*, much prefers the Republic we've had for nearly 250 years. "Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote." * I'm the offspring of a father who was an American combat veteran of WW2 in Europe who reenlisted after the war and served with the United States Constabulary in the Stuttgart area where he met and married a German mother who was a DP (Displaced Person). My mother had to flee her home in Silesia to escape the advancing Soviet forces. Her father, a fifty-two-year-old civilian bookkeeper, was captured by the Soviets and shipped deep into Russia to slave labor. My mother's hometown is now Bytom, Poland.

I had hope for the Russian people and the future of their country in 1991 and by extension, the peace and security of the rest of the world. Vast expanses of land and resources there could have been well-exploited and developed by pioneering, freedom-loving people. Instead, cronyism distributed vast wealth for political favors among a corrupt few. The dispirited descendants of trodden serfs got drunk and vented their frustration by beating their wives and children. No doubt, there are decent libertarians among the Russian populace, but they are hardly representative of the whole. Corruption plagued the Ukrainian people too; but they seem cut of different cloth. I hope enough of them survive to not only win this war, but produce copious offspring and descendants who will look back as proudly upon their response to 24 February 2022 as some American patriots still view consequences that flowed from an event that occurred on March 5, 1770, on King Street in Boston.

@@willong1000 I am not in anyway protesting American support for Ukraine . I am bringing up the point that is used by Republicans and Russian supporters that it is costing too much for a just cause . according to a number of news sources, The last part about Vladivostok not being on the Chinese map now is true too. China is starting to view Russia as weak seeing as they can't take Ukraine, and now has designs on getting old Chinese territory back from Russia lost in bad deals where Russia had the upper hand. According to a number of articles they may even wait on Taiwan and go for those territories first. I will say this though, it appears to me Xhi has studied the Art Of War by Sun Tzu , one of the foremost rules is to to not actually battle your opponent at all but make him think he has lost already & get him to capitulate like that. China is being smart & with the Belt & Road initiative, playing the long game

US hyperglide missile technology has to be pretty comparable to Russia's by now. The US has tactical nukes and is producing a bunch of them that can be controlled remotely for size of detonation and depth/height of detonation right up until detonation. It's not something that we ever thought would be needed, but there are bound to be stacks of them in Poland or nearby. IDK, but it is possible that the media reports the smallest detonation size of tactical nukes rather than the largest. It's definitely not a can of worms to ever open (deterrent use only!) Further, Belarusia is close to Poland and east of it. The prevailing wind direction is to the East... Mickey Mouse has better sense than that Belarusian; What a Daffy Duck? You don't pull on Superman's cape, You don't spit INTO the wind, You don't pull the mask off that old lone ranger, And you don't mess around with Joe. Check.

I don't care about Russian or Wagner grievances about the lack of support by the Russian government. However, I do care about the military munitions support that Ukraine is asking for and they are not receiving. USA and NATO, the time to make the Ukrainian military a vastly superior force to that of the Russian military was 10 months ago. Stop stalling. Put Ukraine in a winning position. USA, NATO stop the stalemate now. Training and logistic chains should have been organized 10 months ago. Ukraine needs more weapons superior to the Russian weapons. Get Ukraine out of the trenches and into the air. Let Ukraine fight with both hands, not with one hand tied behind their back .

I feel sorry for the ordinary Russian soldier. They don’t want to be there. They’re forced to go and are just trying to survive.

But they have zero problems with russhists invading Ukraine. They just don't like being foddered. I have zero pity for them. If they refuse to fight n surrender thats cool. But really fuck the rest. They cheered on the invasion and genocide. Remember that at your pity party.

No.... They could surrender and be treated better by the Ukrainians than they are by their own people. Secondly they knew for years this was coming whether it be Ukraine or somewhere else because this is just what Russian does and they chose to stay in a country ruled by authoritarian autocrats, criminals, thugs, communist and nazis, so no don't feel sorry at all, don't wanna be there? Surrender.!!

Here is a simple solution for the unhappy invaders: 1. Throw down your weapons. 2. Raise your hands up high. 3. Carry a white flag. 4. Walk slowly towards the Ukrainian forces. 5. Bring a friend.

Poo10 wouldn't do anything like that to save some money would he? Would a bold face father of lairs perpetrate such a malicious scam as that? Why sure he would and not lose a wink of sleep after doing it either.
