Συνταγη για παστιτσιο... - 500 γρ. ζυμαρικά για παστίτσιο - 600 γρ. κιμάς από λάπα μόσχου (μια φορά περασμένος) - 1 μεγάλο κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο - 2 ντομάτες φρέσκιες - 1κτς πελτέ τομάτας - ½ κ.γ. πάπρικα - 1 μπαχάρι Για την μπεσαμέλ: - 5 κοφτές κτς αλεύρι - 5 κτς ελαιόλαδο - 1 κύβο βοδινού MAGGI - 1 λίτρο γάλα - 1/3 κτς μοσχοκάρυδο - 1 αβγό - 100γρ τριμμένη σε πούδρα παρμεζάνα - ελαιόλαδο - αλάτι

1. Σε ένα κατσαρολάκι ρίξτε 2κτς ελαιόλαδο, τοποθετήστε σε πολύ δυνατή φωτιά και αφήστε να κάψει . 2. Ρίξτε μέσα τον κιμά σπασμένο σε χοντρά κομμάτια και μην ανακατέψετε μέχρι να πάρει χρώμα . Ανακατεύετε απαλά διαφορετικά θα βγάλει τα υγρά του και θα βράσει . 3. Στη συνέχεια χαμηλώστε στη μέση την ένταση της εστίας και ρίξτε το κρεμμύδι, δουλέψτε μαζί με τον κιμά για λίγα λεπτά και προσθέστε την τομάτα, τον πελτέ, το μπαχάρι, την πάπρικα και τον κύβο βοδινού MAGGI, ρίξτε ½ κούπα νερό και μαγειρέψτε για τουλάχιστον 30 λεπτά μέχρι να στεγνώσει ο κιμάς . 4. Βράστε τα ζυμαρικά για 1 λεπτό λιγότερο από τον χρόνο που αναγράφεται στη συσκευασία, σουρώστε και κρυώστε . 5. Ρίξτε λίγο ελαιόλαδο και στρώστε στο σκεύος που θα ψήσετε το παστίτσιο . 6. Σε ένα κατσαρολάκι καβουρδίστε το αλεύρι με το ελαιόλαδο για 3 λεπτά και προσθέστε το γάλα . 7. Ανακατεύετε συνέχεια με ένα σύρμα χειρός μέχρι να δέσει η μπεσαμέλ . 8. Δοκιμάστε το αλάτι και ρίξτε το μοσχοκάρυδο με το αβγό (η μπεσαμέλ είναι σάλτσα και όχι κρέμα οπότε θα πρέπει να είναι αρκετά αραιή). 9. Όταν ο κιμάς είναι πλέον έτοιμος στρώστε επάνω από τα ζυμαρικά και στη συνέχεια απλώστε την μπεσαμέλ . 10. Πασπαλίστε με το τριμμένο τυρί και ψήστε σε φούρνο μόνο με αντίσταση μέχρι να πάρει χρώμα η επιφάνεια από τα παστίτσιο . 11. Μην ψήνετε σε αέρα διότι όλα τα υλικά είναι ήδη μαγειρεμένα και παραψήνονται, με αποτέλεσμα να χάνουν τη γεύση και την φρεσκάδα τους . 12. Επίσης μην το αφήσετε να κρυώσει για να το κόψετε .

The Greek dish presented in this videoclip, is called "pastitsio". Probably from the word "pasta", which means "spaghetti" in some countries like Italy and "makaronia" in Greece. It is also called "makaronia fournou", meaning "spaghetti of the oven", or something like that... It consists of a layer of thick and hollow spaghetti(use some water and olive oil to keep it juicy), with mince and sometimes white cheese crumbles, as well, upon them and finally covered with "besamel" cream, which becomes crusty after you cook it in the oven. It is usually cooked in a big, glass container which can withstand the extreme temperatures of the oven. If you are lucky enough, it stays juicy and steamy, under the crust. -"Misko", is the name of a very old and well-known brand, producing a variety of quality spaghetti products.
