80% of the thermal power plants in Ukraine were destroyed by vile Russian missile and drone strikes. However, European and American partners will help rebuild the energy system and use Russia's sovereign assets in the West to fund Ukraine's restoration process.

I will say thank you to both of you. At least you realize it is everybody's fault except Ukraine's. I was tired of taking the blame solely lol however I wrote and called my house representatives on a daily basis in my area. One has always supported Ukraine. And the other 2 changed and voted for Ukraine aid for the first time ever. Which was a super big win and shows, while slow, democracy works.

Such facilities can be built underground I believe, as can the (DC) cables. Worth checking I suggest.
