"I'm like a two year old trying to watch people talk." - that's because you basically are. Don't waste your time watching movies. I think Max said you learn the most when you understand at least 80% of what's being said where the gaps are filled in by context. Anything less and you're just starting to waste your time. There's a lot of channels devoted to content like this, and if you go back in time on this channel, the content gets way easier and he speaks much more slowly

Movies are great. Watch your favorite movies in russian. It's passive input but not a waste of time

Max. i have been listening to an online program named HISTORY LAB. The history video is all about world war 2 and the events that led up to that huge conflict between russia and germany. The video is spoken in the russian language.. Been learning many phrased and sentences listeing to russian video.. Many of your member should try watching russian movies, etc! Thanks again Max!

So, it looks like гулять is not treated as a motion verb? I noticed you (Max) said *В каком парке* ты гуляла?. I would have guessed *В какой парк* ты гуляла?

"Гулять" не имеет направления. Поэтому мы гуляем ГДЕ, а не КУДА. В какой парк ты ходила? (Посещала, visited) В каком парке ты гуляла? (Где ты проводила время? Spend time)
