47:53 you can make the drop with incendiary shell use any shotgun (aim the rope) and drop on the flame it slow your fall and you take approx 70-80dmg

Use incen shotgun rounds to stutter the landing in caves with those little lifts. You'll servive with just having received some damage that a few med sticks can't fix.
