you can place the furnace wood box back into the system as well and limit the max spots in that small box for wood or even just 10-15 since its only using 5 per furnace. that way you have a main loot room wood main storage box

if you feed it back into your splitter wall and are pulling cooked resources, it will pull them, so long as nothing else is going on.

Is there any way to make it to it crafts ammo/meds so that you have a certain amount in ur chest? (like craft till u have 30 med sticks etc)? From what I understand it doesn't look like it's possible with this setup unless u set up something with a storage monitor (I haven't used this before so not sure) looking for med count and then powering the autocrafter? accordingly?

the furnace system is very poorly made for wood notes of arson, and electric ones do not have auto on/off also, there is no stopping system on wood stoves if there is still wood, and the ore has already run out

You can create systems where if the ore filter is met, it will turn on the wood filter. I just kept it simple here. The video is already 40 minutes long

If you want to maintain this simple system, you'd need to divide the clothing and stop pulling the clothing category. Otherwise, you need a tiered system, the channel xtremespeed on youtube goes over it in detail.

you are probably placing roofs nearby. Roofs, when placed or destroyed, remove piping in a largeish radius

I tried this and at items like clothes and ammo just kept rearranging constantly in the box. Is there a way to stop this? Also is there a limit on how many things we can combine? At some point some boxes were not auto sorting because for some reason even though I combined them back to main line that goes into splitter it wasn’t working

The only reason they would be rearranging is because at one point, the items are being pulled twice and both being fed back in, this happens to the MLRS rockets in this video. The solution is just to make sure you aren't pulling items twice. There is a more complex solution, it requires a lot more power and setup "x-tremespeed" goes over it, it requires controlling both inputs and outputs of a box, meaning you'll need two conveyers per box.

For the offline raid protection, I'd just have a heartbeat sensor in or near the core that trips the offsite dump instead of hoping they break a random wall. But hey, details. Very nice build tut! :)

@Auklin I set this auto-sorting system up, it seems to work pretty well but if I don't have a filter set to one of the boxes I get a lot of items filling up in it and continually looping. I have the lower loot room pretty full with about 24 conveyors/ 1 per box. How would I send this system up to an even bigger main open core a few floors up? Is there going to be a limit to branches or boxes? Would I be better off creating a separate system?

This system does not auto sort my items if a person accidentally puts wood in the stone box it does not remove the item which pisses me off. I did everything and it only sorts it if there is items in drop box

chase the output of the stone box back to the splitter wall. Something along the line must be disconnected or setup incorrectly, or your wood box is full.

A better way to wire the raid detector is to use lights or branches on the walls and link them and have the final power out go to a blocker that can go to a smart alarm or turn on auto transfer. If any wall you link breaks power will turn on

Just wanted to say I did it today on our server and it works great! For some reason though the tools section grabs the c4 and satchel and makes it go from a box to another and back and again. Any recommendation to counter that?

The exact same thing happened to the MLRS Rockets in this video. It is because they are being pulled twice (Tools C4/satchel). You have three options, one is to pull C4 to a box that doesn't feed back into the system. Two is to 'sandwich' the box in filters, i.e. just put a filter at the output of the box and tell it to not pull things that are problematic). Third is to consider an entirely tiered system (covered in the description by another KZbinr, it's just more complex with more power needs and more space requirements).
