Great videos, like one poster said, no fluff and straight to the point. I like the way you describe what you're going to do in real time then fast forward through the work. Plus you seem like a regular guy with great skills so restoring trucks like real people would do--drivers, not creating trailer queens. You're inspiring me; I've got a 64 Chevy short bed fleetside that I've had since high school--I'm 60 now, but never had enough time to finish it. Watching your videos makes me want to get the project going again. It's been in a garage for around 35 years in a dry climate so is in decent shape. Thanks and keep up the great work and videos!

Well, once again, watching your incredible skills and attention to detail and feeling inept, inadequate, incompetent, inefficient and incapable. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. You are the Elvis Presley of ‘60-‘66 C10 restoration! The king, man! The KING!!

I really like the flat black look for engine bays. Did the same for mine.. really helps the engine to stand out, and looks clean. Another really sweet truck in progress.

That's smart to flatting it out with a hammer and then tracing the shape on a new piece of sheet metal never thought about that

Have you heard of Dustless Blasting? I think it's a proprietary name and is from the States. It uses water and recycled bottle glass. You can do it in your driveway and it doesn't leave abrasive grit everywhere that can get into everything and doesn't remove any metal. With the left-over residue it's like river silt that you can hose away and even put on your garden. Totally harmless. Also, there's an additive you can put in the water that protects the metal from flash rusting.

Nutmeg's Journey Yes I’ve heard of them, I took my red truck to( Blast from the Past) in Lebanon Tennessee they blasted and epoxyed

@@Gibson63. No worries mate. You do amazing work. I've seen all your videos on the red truck and I've learned heaps from you so thanks and I'm happy to do something to help. I have a Holden which is like an Aussie Chev and so there are a lot of simlarities there. Cheers.
