I don’t know personally how Rustage is ruling it, but William COULD eventually make something like that. The only problem would be the matter of scaling and characters like Atom or Helios or Louis being too underleveled to the point of them getting wiped out again.

William can bring back the same number of beings he has killed (no problem judging from his body count) 2. William can only bring back people who he has met and spoken to (so he cant bring back characters like Roger or Rain's adoptive dad) 3. William cant bring back people or creatures he has killed himself (those old men are gonna stay dead) 4. Devil Fruit users will lose their DF upon resurrection since it would have reincarnated 5. Those he brings back will be at 1 HP or at however many HP were before being finished of and will be at the same state before their death (so he cant use them during battle and cant fix problems they previously had)

Devil Fruit Awakening Ideas: Ciril: Can change the state of the water he emits and controls from solid (Ice) , liquid , and gas (Water Vaper) Pearl: She can change her dragon percentage like how Deku from MHA can use a percentage of one for all Verona: The ability to animate elements like Fire, Water, and air Ragnar: We find out he has an ancient zone (Moder: Cave Bear) or that he has a mythical zone (Model: Callisto, Onikuma, Na Kovehe) To expand on the Mythical bear zone idea, here are a few sub power options for each: Callisto: Light, laser, star related powers Onikuma: Advanced super strength and maybe a few magical powers (Illusion or nature based) Na Kovehe: The ability to alter size (Maybe even allowing him to become gargantuan as an ultimate move)

My take on these: - Cyril - either what you have proposed OR an ability to turn surroundings into water (simillar to doflamingo's awakening) OR we are getting bamboozled and it is actually the sea sea fruit - Pearl - what you said is roughly how zoans normally function. What i'm thinking is Pearl hasn't properly used full dragon form yet and zoans tend to have stupid overgrown awakening transformation tied to them (see Chopper and/or impel down zoan guards for reference). So based on that I assume it is going to be yet another dragon transformation, just bigger and more badass (somehow?) - Verona - his fruit reminds me of Big Mom's fruit, however Big Mom's is kinda different since it's literally all about manipulating souls. Also, Verona can only temporarely give life to objects, unlike Big Mom's fruit. He could have a variant fruit, but other than that I would say he would be able to animate any object, but still limted by their size, without a limit on number of them animated (and maybe without a need to touch them?). He would literally carry a buttload of guns and gadgets he would then animate and have an army to fight for him - Ragnar - him having his "big bear mode" and the fact that they found the fruit (basically) in a shrine/temple makes me think he has some sort of bear deity fruit (mythical zoan!) that just makes him a giant bear, like literally a giant's size. Bear's strength and him being so big would fit extremely well with the idea of being the strongest, in a pure physical way at least

@@_gameforcer Thats why I took the time to research Mythical Bears, the last Bear I mentioned is a Bear spirit from Arapahoe culture. The Bear spirit has the power to grow as large as a mountain. I am confused what the difference between a a water logia and a sea logia would be though, unless you believe that Cyril might be a special paramecia. As for what you said about Pearl, I think that would be rather basic if she just unlocks a new form, I was thinking with the whole percentage thing was that she could sort of create different "points" like chopper does. I think for your Idea for Veronas might be difficult for rustage to keep track of, maybe a better version of it would be to allow him to animate one large or huge object.

Discussing the new Devil Fruits (Spoiler Alert) . . . . . Suki Suki no Mi/Like Like Fruit Type: Paramecia Observation: This Devil fruit affects similar to charm person, but enemies with strong willpower/haki can resist/counter its effects, also a person with with strong charisma may be able to fully utilize the fruit, just as the Mero Mero no Mi works most effective if the user is Attractive. Pachi Pachi no Mi/Boost Boost Fruit - increase attack speed Type: Paramecia Observation: This Devil Fruit can be seen as lesser version of Vector Vector fruit as it doesn't Grant user invulnerable via movement, however one benefit to this Fruit is it could greatly enhance the Six Powers.

The other point i want to clear up is i'm not saying this devil fruit would grant someone one the six powers, im saying it would enhance them if knew them, you need practice in order to use them effectively. Having increased "Projecting force" without any knowledge of the six powers wouldn't guarantee unlocking one the ability. I'm not saying there aren't any devil fruits that can may let the user suddenly use some of the six powers eg when William rolled the Eidetic memory devil fruit on clown island, he was suddenly able to recall how to perfectly do Geppo , but this fruit would enhance, but not be the origin. Once again i've clearly not taken enough effort to make my point clear, i'm apologize for the long message, but tried make sure got my point across. Rustage is good at foreshadowing in DnD. The best way to throw in clues is to disguise it as jokes. Call attention to something, and make it seem like it's not important. Tells Ragnar how he could relieve exhaustion, implying a dirty joke when the message for Briggs is clear: shoot up.
