Live close to here and I always wanted to catch this action. This stretch of line seems to belong to another era and I’m amazed and grateful that we still have this operation in current service. I have a ton of photos and videos of the stretch of track but have never had an opportunity to capture this action. Thanks for this.

Ok. Not normal locomotive sounds, no visible exhaust stack. Possibly battery powered? Great video, so many great ideas for modeling.

Gensets, I can hear the diesel running, they just sound more like a semi truck running.

Not a genset, that's a KLW rebuild, a se15b, that uses a single MTU engine.
