Try deleting and re-installing the game (it'll probably clear your data but this worked for me on other games)

Did he call that a 3500? A 3500 with 5 lug nuts? Granted, only a 3500 would have leaf springs, and only 2500 and up would have the long bed and cab lights, but 5 lug nuts is unacceptable. I guess it’s not his fault, though. The designers messed up.
