Wonderful to see dear Lola and Murzik again, enjoying the autumn sunshine. Pounding out those cutlets is my least favorite part of bracioli making. You are wise to complete this task seated! I make 2 types , bracioli in sauce and braciolini, smaller ones on skewers we broil over a grill Both have Pecorino cheese, garlic and bread crumbs along with the parsley. Ez a zöldséggel feltekert husi paradicsomosan nagyon gusztusos és igen ízletes volt, külön tetszik hozzá a hosszú tészta és az elmaradhatatlan egészséges petrezselyem.
