That is not rust, that is fake rust made with coffee or another brown substance. Rust on stainless steel would leave a substantial damage such as dent. Let alone rust, stainless steel is rust proof especially a watch this expensive.

Stainless steel is not rust proof. Sure, the chromium oxide layer affords a significant degree of protection, but over time there will always be some form of corrosion. Besides which, the brown stuff .ay not be rust at all, you have no idea what the history of the watch is, so why immediately imply that this must be a staged video?
