Used to drive an astra. I loved it so much. She sit her ass in 3rd and wouldn’t leave unless you stopped or went on the highway. Damn rack and pinions.

Had mine like that until the cops decided it shouldn't be like that , they didn't approve of the large flames that came out every time it popped , got hit with the good old section 59 :( All I did was to buy a sports cat from cobra and it did the trick, still sounded sweet and still popped :)

sounds great..got straight through on mine but mines a 1.9cdti with a few mods up to 285bhp.. but i do have the vxr stuff on it like body kits and full interior(Was like it when bought) my next will be a proper vxr....

You probably figured it out but Z20XXX engines share the same exhaust manifold which makes that lovely sound, all you need to boost it up is a nice proper exhaust with free flow muflers or one to have that nice raspy sound.

@@RustyAutos NAh thank mate. I just been looking at custom exhaust coz I had one from Powerflow like 20 years on a little Citron Ax Gt and it was crazy. It popped and bubbled and was so loud. I paid like £280 but I think it was literally just a straight pipe and a back box on that little car. The vid prob doesn't do that Exhaust justice. I bet thats crazy loud 😂

£750 is a good price for a 3 inch full cobra exhaust fitted, they cost that usually before fitting 👍🏻
