RustyCobra you are my favorite wow guide youtuber, love your energy and your vids, they have helped me get a lot of mounts since I got into mount collecting. For CRUSHING BONES AND CRACKING SKULLS, make sure you are faced away from the boss when you are spamming your sit macro, from my understanding in WoW if you're sitting, and hit from behind, it's a much higher chance to not miss or will never miss, not entirely sure how true that is though, I actually only had to do it twice because I accidently killed one of the adds, but every time I was faced away from the boss and sitting an add did spawn and not once did he miss. I know when I used to push M+ and tanked, if I ever got killed for an odd reason one of the dps in my group used to ask "were you turned away from them and got crit?" Apparently having your back facing someone makes it an automatic crit chance, or something of that nature. Like I said, I don't know how true that is but the quake cast never missed me once with this method so give it a shot for anyone still hunting this! Good luck farming everyone! This was an extremely helpful video. My only criticism would be that the extra credit bonus stage was a lot harder than you made it out to be. I couldn't get a lot of the orbs on my normal toons. Had to break out my Demon Hunter for the glide. Otherwise you nailed it.

I thought it was impossible to get on my paly when I saw two on the bridge with the lip on the sides. I had to angle myself just right when jumping off with the charger and spam click the orb and hope I grabbed it. If you play a DK, you are out of luck, in my opinion.

This worked for me so I hope it does for others. If the add doesnt spawn stop spamming the /sit macro for a second and after that second start spamming it again to get a different timing. If it spawns one add keep spamming it as fast as possible. This will make it so that the /sit gets spammed on the right time for the other 4 adds to spawn. Good luck!

Finally was able to do Crushing Bones and Cracking Skulls 27/10/2020.. However, was quite pissed (at the "cancerous" achievement), because the achieve didn't pop. I was wondering wtf .. so googled.. and found a post on a battle net support page - Due to the mechanics of the boss, this achievement requires more than one allied combatant during the encounter. For more information, please review the achievement on Wowhead. SO YEAH.. FINALLY managed to do it after all those tries, then they go and pull THAT shit

On the "Crushing Bones and Cracking Skulls" Achievement: I did it today with a lvl 93 guardian druid and a lvl 100 DK friend, first try. Very easy if you have those lower level characters as you get hit by the quake 100% if you press the "sit" marco at the right moment (start of quake cast). Rest was a mentioned very easy, maybe you wanna pin this so people can use their lower level characters if they have them

Something strange is happening with my encounter I can get all 5 adds up missing no quakes, and I'll have the boss down to enough hp to where I only have to hit him once for his chains and skull crusher...but when I do immediately an add will disappear...??

Only thing I can think of is maybe you took to long to get him to do his skull crusher and is about to cast another quake which will despawn an add since there can only ever be 5 up at once.

it has to be 5 quakes in a row, if you skip one, then an add will despawn, and as soon as the 6th Earth is up, just tap the boss to threshold. Did this today.

I tried the Crushing Bones and Cracking Skulls solo, no matter what I did. one add would despawn a second before he finishes his crush cast. as soon as the 5th add spawns i push his to first crush instantly. In a spot where he doesn't have to run just cast asap, it's still too long add goes away. not a single damage done to add.

Hey sorry for the late response but I didn't see this first comment. When recording this video I actually had that happen to me multiple times and couldn't figure out what was causing it. If you keep trying it will eventually work like it did for me but I really do recommend getting a friend, guildy, or someone from the group finder and 2 manning this achievement. I know its not an ideal response but I hope this helps a little bit.

Yeah I kept trying and I think it's not working because the window of time to damage the boss below 66 or 33 is a bit deceptive- the window seems smaller than it actually is. You can damage him at the very beginning of the second part of the quake cast instead of waiting for that cast to end. I was waiting for the cast to completely finish. After realizing that, I managed to clear all 5 elementals on the first skillcrusher cast. Couldn't get it the second cast though and accidentally killed the boss in the process XD. But yeah at the end of the day best done with another player

Prince of tides - the add keeps despawning 😔 took res sickness, used the shrink toy, everything off, low level toon and no luck - he keeps f'king off and resetting.

Had this issue my first run thru, it was because I missed an add and he did too much damage to the boss. You also have to make sure that you have agro from the one you have to kill for the achievement.

anyone wanting to do this solo if you have a lvl 40 toon you can do this easily, they dont do much dmg to you at all and the angered earth is 100% spawn. just did it rn on my lv 40 druid

I used a 120 BM hunter stripped naked and without pet and I still one shot the unyielding behemoth and admiral; ripsnarl. How did you get their health down without killing them.

You need more than 1 additional friend in your group to get Crushing Bones and Cracking Skulls achievement. I killed 10, but was not awarded achievement. Looked up possible tickets from other players and one person received this answer: "Due to the mechanics of the boss, this achievement requires more than one allied combatant during the encounter. For more information, please review the achievement on Wowhead." Which is absolutely stupid considering I did what the achievement called for. Dumb.

If you use /sit when he's half of the cast, you won't miss it. Anyway, i blew it, i hit him too hard after first 5 adds and took him to 10%, tried to reset and then the boss died, glitch or something... Next time.

It does still have a chance to miss as its done it for me not matter when I use it during his cast and yah that achievement even is you get hit all 5 times can still be really annoying to do and is very easy to screw up but once you get that the rest of the meta achieve is cake!
