29:19 but you have popularity to spend and can use factory card action. Or am I not understanding something?

If your Factory Card Top Row Action gives you your sixth star the game ends and you do not get to move as your bottom row action. I could have used the factory card, but I believe the three points from the star was not enough to win the game.
