Wondering how are they're supplying 64 servers (I don't see 64 servers in there) and with a capacity to go up to 120 servers with only 16 of those panels that should be about 250W each. Are those servers using only 30W each? Those kind of rack servers can easily use 70 to 100W at idle

Those are probably 15 watt servers. They look like 1/2U white boxes, probably supporting intel atoms or some other super low power cpu.
