I think Harley Quin usually has a high pitched Brooklyn accent. This woman's voice is much lower. I've never seen her act, but I don't think she would suit the role very well. Also I don't think she has quite the right body type. Someone like a younger Marisa Tomei might suit the role well. I can't think of anyone offhand that currently would suit the role.

I don't know if it sounds good or bad, but after Luther, I can't see Ruth Wilson anymore, just Alice Morgan who is manipulating all people around her. I was waiting for that bit when she would slit Jimmy's throat with a knife, stab with a pen, or who knows, blunt force trauma to the head with "Oops, couldn't resist it", and the moment never came. It is daunting, isn't it. Such a great actress.
