Hi Ruthbell! I hope your doing well, I have some tips for you so you can follow it for your pregnancy! 1. You cannot eat fast foods like burgers and fries and others. 2. You cannot eat snacks. 3. Drink alot of water just for the baby inside it. 4. Eat something healthy like fruits. 5. Drink a healthy fruit juice for the baby inside your stomach. That's all! Hey RB, All of your videos are great but, do you know the "Hello kitty murder case"?. It is one of the most creepy ,horrifying and shocking stories in history. There one was a young lady in china and her name is " Fan Man-Yee" .she was a night club hostess who tragically lost her life in Hong Kong in the spring of 1999. She was abducted ,tortured and rapped between April 14 and 16,1999. Her body was decapitated and her head was placed in the hello kitty mermaid plushy. It is a horrifying story . If you are going to watch any of it's video's ,make sure to keep some one with you ,like toki or your husband Aren. if not this story can give you nightmares until you die. this also happened to a girl in 2000, she watched this all by her self and when she went to bed she saw a girl wrapped in metal wires and burned. Fan Man-yee was kidnapped and attacked with metal wires and hot was and spicess etc. This is the story of the Hello kitty murder case . be safe RB , I love your videos.
