First it was dismissing the entire cabinet instead of dissolving it It was unnecessary to dismiss the entire cabinet as this exposed him to further crisis. Imagine having no CS for Treasury, Defence and internal Security.All those CS are members of the national security council who are important during such times of security crisis. Ruto has to return Duale the favor since he was one of the financiers of his campaign. That's why he's switching him to whichever docket so he could recoup the losses he incurred during the campaigns. Ofcourse most of that money will be invested oversees to make sure Duales family for generations, will always have access to dollars and be able to comfortably live and educate their children in the most expensive cities in the world. Now, all politicians are doing this. There's really nothing left for kenyans.
