I am yet to see action in Parliament to legalize rejection of the finance bill. Why has the recall of MPs back into session happened especially since they say that they have a deadline. What finance bill is he using for the appropriation bill that he is signing? I would expect them to at least pass a bill to say that they will continue with last years revenue goals with any necessary changes.
