Please explain this system to me I do not understand it.If the crimes were commited in Kenya why are they being tried by this icc.Shouldn't they be tried in Kenya.I am not from a country that is observed by the icc so I do not really understand it.Do they really have the right to prosecute and punish a leader.

We use the term "feudal capitalism" because this is still a pre-industrial society, and most wealth is very directly related to appropriation of land. Leaving a large landless class that provides cheap labor in urban and rural areas. Of course there are Kenyans wealthy from real production of goods and services, but they are few.
