Ruto is to be blamed for all this happenings. As the head of state and a symbol of national unity, what rings in his mind whenever the police who are under him break the law they are supposed to keep? It's evident that Ruto doesn't care about Kenyans, he doesn't follow the constitution when performing the duty we Kenyans gave him as a representative. It's not a job he got through his academic qualification, we elected him and so we've got the powers to remove him from office. Shame on the police service. We pay them salaries with our taxes. We buy those firearms with our taxes for them to protect us and ensure all Kenyans are safe and working without fear. Now they've turned the firearms on innocent Kenyans who are pointing out where they see there's a problem. Even if Ruto and the fellow rogue leaders give them such orders, can't police use their brains and say No to bad orders. "Yes sir" has always been their answer since colonial periods. Even if they are abused they just accept. Police wake up coz you are destroying your own country because of selfish individuals in government. The ICC is the other area that I wonder whether it's still in existence or it collapsed long ago. These politicians have bad records and evidence is all over. What else are they waiting for to be able to deal with these politicians and rogue police officers and their bosses. How many people should be abducted and killed by these individuals for you ICC to intervene and lock up these guys. Systems are failing everywhere and we're losing patience. ICC do something.
